Data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, contact details, company, job title, company information and the content of your message.

How we use it

To respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who we share it with

With the Thompson Management Horizons group companies involved in responding to your request, including in Brazil, and with providers that host the website and form. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, namely standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, at most, 24 months after the last contact, unless there is a contractual relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contacto@tmh.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
