Thompson BPO

Outsourcing of administrative and financial processes with governance, technology and indicators. The back office that supports your operations — without losing control.

When the back office holds back growth

Processes spread across several teams, rework, approvals without an audit trail and difficulty closing the numbers on time. As a company grows, the back office tends to grow faster than the business — and to absorb the attention of the people who should be managing it.

What we do

Accounts payable and receivable

Receipt, checking, posting and control of supplier invoices, receipts and payments.

Reconciliation and treasury

Bank reconciliations, cash forecasting and control of financial flows.

Contract management

Issuing from approved templates, numbering, e-signature and archiving of contracts and amendments.

Shared service centres

Design and implementation of SSCs for groups with several companies, brands or units.

Management reporting

Indicators, dashboards and periodic reports for management and shareholders.

Accounting and tax

In coordination with certified accountants registered with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC).

Results

  • BRL 3.3 million per year reduction in back-office costs.
  • SLA compliance up from 71% to 89% in the first three months.
  • The investment paid back six times over.
